Once a place and a start date has been decided we will then begin to charge for the student, whether that student attends or not, our contract will have commenced. We will still charge for any days the students may be unwell or absent with authorisation and will also charge for unauthorised absences. Should schools or referral agencies require a place to be terminated the school will continue to be liable for payment until the end of the current half term / term. We will allow the school to fill the available place with a new student. If we feel the need to terminate a students place ourselves there will be no further charge for the student or the place, any outstanding invoice will still be liable however there will be nothing more.
